Ingredients:
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip Mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 1 box brownie bites*, chopped
- crushed peanuts
- mini peanut butter cups
Directions:
Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip Mix according to package directions. In individual cups layer prepared Peanut Butter Dip Mix, chopped brownie pieces and cool whip until cups are full ending with cool whip. Garnish with mini peanut butter cups and crushed peanuts.
*you may use homemade brownies
Peanut Butter Whoopie Pie Cookies
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip Mix
- 2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Cool Whip®
- 1 (15.25oz.) chocolate cake mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
Directions:
Blend together Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip Mix and cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping and chill at least 1 hour. Create cookie dough by mixing together cake mix, water, oil, eggs until smooth. Chill dough before baking*. Pre heat oven to 350° and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a 1 inch scoop** place chilled dough on baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until done. Allow cookies to cool. Spoon 2 Tbls. of the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip mixture on the flat side of the cookie . Place another cookie flat side down on top creating a sandwich.
*Chilling the dough before baking helps keep it from spreading too far on the baking sheet
**You may use a larger scoop if you prefer larger cookies.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dessert Ball
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Peanut butter Chocolate Chip Dip Mix
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 2/3 cup of finely crushed cookie crumbs, or chopped peanuts, or mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Beat softened cream cheese and butter together until creamy, using an electric mixer on medium speed. Add a packet of Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip Mix; mix well to blend. Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm. Shape chilled mixture into a ball, and roll in finely crushed cookie crumbs, chopped peanuts, or mini chocolate chips. Serve with apple slices, vanilla cookies, or graham crackers.
* Cream cheese may be softened in microwave. Blend to avoid any "hot spots" before adding to recipe.
